A few years ago my client calls me that he was launching a “side business” purchasing, old Miami Beach homes, renovating them, and then reselling them.
All he wanted was a logo. No website. No business cards. Just a logo to use on some company documents while he got the business up and running.
Fast forward to 2017, his first project (wow, that took a while) is nearing completing and he’s ready to cash in on his investment. It’s going on the market for sale. Also, two more projects were in progress and he wanted to start teasing those.
The problem is that he only had a logo. Now he needed a website to show off the projects.
Without a website to put his projects on, who would trust him when putting it on the market for sale under his brand? That would be embarrassing and question the legitimacy of the sale.
These masterfully restored works or art (which you’ll see when I show you the website) now need a family to turn it into a home.
My client calls me with a sense of urgency and asks me for my recommendation.
Not only did he need a website ASAP, but he also needed me to be involved in writing the website.
Lucky for my client, I specialize in “urgent” projects, and I love writing stories that grab attention.
My team and I quickly got to work on gathering the property details, pictures, and desired outcomes of the client….which was to launch a beautiful website that would instill trust and credibility, while showcasing these beautiful properties so he could sell them at the highest price possible.
